OUR STAFF
MSAC is operated by a team of experienced, professional people who are passionate about this beautiful environment that they live and work in. When we recruit our team, we are looking for people that lead interesting lives, are well travelled and enjoy sharing the environment with our visitors. While Sara and Dave own the company, the day to day experiences are delivered by our team. We hope you enjoy sharing your adventures with them, as much as we enjoy having them on our team.
Dave Watson
Director - Operations
Dave is ultimately responsible for the operations of MSAC. During the season, his role includes guide training and management, trip logistics and gear maintenance. As our staff continue to develop their skills in these areas, he is able to take time out to enjoy some of his other interests which include road biking, skiing and hiking.
Sara Archdale
Director - Administration
Sara is responsible for the oversight of all administration, marketing and sales for MSAC. While spending less time at the MSAC office than in the early days, Sara is still very much involved in the oversight of the operation. Working more from her home office, Sara regularly checks in to ensure that the quality of experiences continues as it always has.
Mina Kingma
General Manager
After travelling the world for many years, Mina returned to NZ and promptly came to work at MSAC as our Operations Manager. 11 years later, a house and two horses later, she is well and truly a Picton local! Mina's extensive experience working at MSAC has now seen her progress to General Manager and she is responsible for the day to day management of the operation.
Shirley Brown
Reservations Manager
Shirley has recently joined our team as our Reservations person and you may well have had the opportunity to enjoy her friendly manner on the phone or by email. Shirley lives locally and enjoys many outdoor adventures in Marlborough, during her spare time.
